Our 22″x 28″ standard laundry bag fits approximately 1 and 1/2 13-gal trash bag. On average, this is three loads of laundry, which can weigh between 20-30 pounds.
All pickups and deliveries occur between 10am - 1pm Monday - Saturday. You can schedule pickups between M-F, and Saturdays are deliveries only (no pickup routes).
Standard turnaround on orders is two business days, with an exception for Friday. *Deliveries only occur M-Sat therefore Friday pickups will be delivered the following Monday (three day turnaround).

We charge a flat rate by the bag. You can place another order separate from your recurring order or give us a call, text, or email.
We do not charge any fees for standard pickup or delivery.
Special add-ons, such as next-day delivery, stain treating, or lint removal can incur add-on charges (price varies).
But we never charge for extras like hypoallergenic detergent or fabric softener!
We accept all major credit cards and payments through our website. Secure payment processing ensures your information is safe with us.
You can modify, pause, or cancel your order at any time before your pickup date.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of our service, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery. We will re-clean your items free of charge or offer a refund based on our dewy satisfaction guarantee policy.
